2. Our Services
We provide satellite dish installation and repair, CCTV and security camera installation, and TV wall mounting services across West Lothian, Edinburgh and surrounding areas of Central Scotland. Service availability may vary by location.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided via our website, phone or in-person visit are estimates based on the information available at the time. The final price may vary if, upon inspection, the scope of work differs from what was originally described (for example, additional cabling, difficult access or unforeseen structural issues). We will always confirm any change in price with you before proceeding.
4. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments are arranged directly with us by phone, email or via our online quote request form. We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed time, but appointment times may occasionally be affected by weather, traffic, or prior jobs overrunning. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delay.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge by contacting us with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours where possible). We reserve the right to charge a reasonable call-out fee for missed appointments where no notice was given and we have attended the property.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed with you at the time of booking or on completion of the work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the installation or repair.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for the agreed appointment, and to disclose any known hazards (e.g. fragile roofing, asbestos, structural concerns) prior to our visit. We reserve the right to decline or postpone work where safe access cannot be provided.
8. Warranty & Liability
We carry out all installations with reasonable skill and care. Workmanship on installations we carry out is guaranteed for a reasonable period following completion; this does not cover faults caused by third-party equipment, misuse, or damage after installation that is not our doing. We are not liable for pre-existing faults in equipment or wiring not installed by us. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to SAT SYSTEM BTC and may not be reproduced without our permission. This website is provided "as is" for informational purposes; while we try to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee it is error-free.

Swiadczymy uslugi montazu i naprawy anten satelitarnych, montazu systemow CCTV i kamer monitoringu oraz montazu telewizorow na scianie na terenie West Lothian, Edynburga i okolic centralnej Szkocji. Dostepnosc uslug moze sie roznic w zaleznosci od lokalizacji.
3. Wyceny i Ceny
Wyceny przekazywane za posrednictwem naszej strony, telefonicznie lub podczas wizyty sa szacunkami opartymi na informacjach dostepnych w danym momencie. Ostateczna cena moze ulec zmianie, jesli po dokonaniu ogledzin zakres prac bedzie inny niz pierwotnie opisany (np. dodatkowe okablowanie, utrudniony dostep lub nieprzewidziane problemy konstrukcyjne). Kazda zmiana ceny zostanie z Toba potwierdzona przed przystapieniem do dalszych prac.

5. Anulowanie

Warunki platnosci zostana z Toba uzgodnione w momencie rezerwacji lub po zakonczeniu prac. O ile nie uzgodniono inaczej na pismie, platnosc jest wymagana po zakonczeniu montazu lub naprawy.
7. Obowiazki Klienta
Zobowiazujesz sie zapewnic bezpieczny i rozsadny dostep do nieruchomosci na czas umowionej wizyty oraz ujawnic wszelkie znane zagrozenia (np. krucha konstrukcja dachu, azbest, problemy konstrukcyjne) przed nasza wizyta. Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do odmowy lub odroczenia prac, jesli nie mozna zapewnic bezpiecznego dostepu.
8. Gwarancja i Odpowiedzialnosc
Wszystkie montaze wykonujemy z nalezyta starannoscia i umiejetnoscia. Jakosc wykonania montazy jest objeta gwarancja przez rozsadny okres po zakonczeniu prac; nie obejmuje to usterek spowodowanych przez sprzet osob trzecich, niewlasciwe uzytkowanie lub uszkodzenia powstale po montazu, za ktore nie ponosimy odpowiedzialnosci. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialnosci za wczesniej istniejace usterki sprzetu lub okablowania, ktorych nie instalowalismy. Zadne z postanowien niniejszego regulaminu nie ogranicza naszej odpowiedzialnosci tam, gdzie byloby to niezgodne z prawem, w tym w przypadku smierci lub obrazen ciala spowodowanych naszym zaniedbaniem.
